Despite mosquitos, aspen cotton, missed turns, and bumps on the trail, the 2022 CEM 900 was a success for all involved. As of today, donations to Kids ’n Kinship exceed $38,000 with checks and online donations continuing to come in. And all CEM 900 participants agreed that it was a great experience to be back on the trails together after two years of Covid limitations.

Christian’s Elder would be pleased to know the team has ridden for 17 years honoring his memory, and each of those rides has been to benefit Kids ’n Kinship, with over $540,000 raised in that time. Riders are appreciative of the ride support given by Jay Saterbak, Doug and Ann Gurholt, and Matt Stepanek as they set up camp sites and prepared daily meals. And more than ever, we appreciate our title sponsor, Merchants Bank, and the generosity of all who have continued to contribute to the charity ride.

You can still donate and read about this year’s adventure in our road diary at www.cem900.com
