Featured Project: Aldi in Paris, TN

A new, ground-up Aldi grocery store project is underway at the new Paris Crossing Shopping Center in Paris, Tennessee. The project is being led by the Elder-Jones team of superintendents Mark Coiner and Bill Haynes, assistant project manager Pedro Villegas, and project manager Tim Benson. 

This store is a pre-engineered steel building with insulated steel wall panels and masonry accents on the exterior. The E-J team has been working through material delays as well as delays caused by record rain and the accompanying Tennessee mud, to ensure the project continues as scheduled. Once the material delays were resolved and the roofing was installed, our team was able to pour the interior slab on grade, and then our team was able to get the interior buildout started.

We are excited to see the first project in our partnership with Aldi come to life with an opening scheduled for November!
