Celebrating a successful 20th CEM 900 ride

Today we celebrated this year’s very successful 20th annual CEM 900 ride with the ride’s title sponsor Merchants Bank and Kids ‘n Kinship at Merchants Bank’s Apple Valley, Minnesota, location. The ride’s founder and Elder-Jones Chairman John Elder presented Kids ’n Kinship’s Executive Director Alicia D. Crudup with a $34,000 check from this year’s fundraising efforts. The CEM 900 ride has now raised nearly $675,000 for Kids ‘n Kinship in its 20 years, with all funds earned always going directly to the organization.
Gathering after each ride is a really special way to thank the riders and everyone who supported the ride and contributed to this wonderful organization! And this year was extra special as were able to hear from a Kids ’n Kinship mentor/mentee duo about exactly how the very funds the ride helps raise go directly back into supporting kids in our community.
To hear more about the rider’s adventures from this year, check out the CEM 900 Road Diary! To learn more about the wonderful work Kids ‘n Kinship does in our community, visit their website at kidsnkinship.org. And it’s still not too late to donate to the CEM 900!
