Featured Project: Ulta Beauty in Tucson, AZ

We recently completed a nearly 7,400 square foot Ulta Beauty store in an outdoor Simon Property outlet mall in Tucson, Arizona. The project involved converting a former Spirit Halloween into a refreshed Ulta space, featuring newly introduced finishes and fixtures being implemented for the first time.

With Ulta’s construction team visiting the site during the build, the Elder-Jones team collaborated closely to ensure proper installation of the new elements. Working within Simon Property’s strict standards for signage, exterior finishes, and security, our team delivered a store that meets both brand and mall requirements.

This was superintendent Will Aikens’ third Ulta project in a row, and another strong chapter in Elder-Jones’ ongoing and valued partnership with Ulta. One that project manager Zach Gurholt has been proud to be a part of for the past six years!
