Featured Project: Amazon 4-Star in Roseville, MN

Rosedale Center in Roseville, Minnesota, is the latest home to a new Amazon 4-Star store completed by Elder-Jones. Our team also completed the Amazon 4-Star store at the Mall of America in early 2020.

Common with most all projects lately, supply chain issues caused a delay in getting the studs at the beginning of the project. Our initial schedule had framing starting at the beginning of week two of the project, and we weren’t able to get the studs until the end of week five. But we got creative with our scheduling and were able to overcome the delays and maintain the overall job schedule, presenting an on-time and beautiful new store for our client!
