Elder-Jones is licensed to build in 49 states, Canada, and Puerto Rico. Since 1971, we have been a leading national general contractor within the retail construction industry. From initial site selection through the construction build and close-out, we partner with our clients throughout the entire process. Our experience is built on more than 50 years of tenant build-outs, remodels, and ground-up builds.
Elder-Jones understands just how important it is to our customers to keep the revenue flowing, even during major remodels and refurbishments. With thousands of completed open store remodels to learn from and refine our processes, we know what it takes to get these types of projects done the right way. Our team works as one with the client to assure a build of the highest quality, while minimizing disturbances to the retail customers and the store team.
With over 50 years of experience building and remodeling cafes and restaurants, we know and understand the critical elements that are unique to restaurant projects. We have vast experience in all aspects of the food service and dining environment. From quick service national roll-outs, to fine dining flagship restaurants and everything in between, we can deliver.
Parachute Home, Chicago, IL
Elder-Jones recently completed the build of the Parachute Home retail store in Chicago, IL. Parachute is a home store that was created to provide premium, accessible home essentials. During the buildout, we were able to reuse some elements of the existing space and bring them back to life, such as the original hardwood flooring throughout the sales area. This was a collaborative project that resulted in a beautiful new store.
