Elder-Jones is licensed to build in 49 states, Canada, and Puerto Rico. Since 1971, we have been a leading national general contractor within the retail construction industry. From initial site selection through the construction build and close-out, we partner with our clients throughout the entire process. Our experience is built on more than 45 years of tenant build-outs, remodels, and ground-up builds.
Elder-Jones understands just how important it is to our customers to keep the revenue flowing, even during major remodels and refurbishments. With thousands of completed open store remodels to learn from and refine our processes, we know what it takes to get these types of projects done the right way. Our team works as one with the client to assure a build of the highest quality, while minimizing disturbances to the retail customers and the store team.
With over 40 years of experience building and remodeling cafes and restaurants, we know and understand the critical elements that are unique to restaurant projects. We have vast experience in all aspects of the food service and dining environment. From quick service national roll-outs, to fine dining flagship restaurants and everything in between, we can deliver.
The Escape Game, Minneapolis, MN
Elder-Jones recently completed the latest project for The Escape Game. The Escape Game is a team challenge game where participants are "locked" in a themed room and are given clues to complete a given mission within one hour. This was a fascinating build for Elder-Jones. It began as a standard build-out but as the project completion grew near, it morphed into a collaborative effort between the construction team and The Escape Game artists, engineers, and tech experts. A fully immersive themed experience for the customer was created.
